• Once an order is placed, it is considered confirmed. Customers are expected to honor the COD payment upon delivery.

3. Delivery Policy

• In case of delivery delays, we will inform you at the earliest opportunity.

4. Returns and Exchanges

• All sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
• Any issues must be reported within  48 hours of receiving the product.
• Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a replacement or refund.

5. Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled before the dispatch process begins. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

• Dane Edits is not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party courier services.
• We are not liable for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
