- Refunds are available only for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery.
- To request a refund, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

- Customers are responsible for safely packaging the item for return.

- The exchange will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
4. Warranty Policy
- Unless otherwise stated, products do not come with a warranty. Any specific warranty terms for an item will be explicitly mentioned at the time of purchase.

- Cash on Delivery (COD) is the only payment method we offer. Refunds, if applicable, will also be issued in cash upon return of the item.
- Refunds or exchanges will not be granted for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
