1. Refund Policy

• Refunds are available only for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery.
• To request a refund, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

2. Return Policy

• Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or significantly not as described.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for safely packaging the item for return.

3. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are offered for defective or damaged items reported within 3 days of delivery.
• The exchange will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

4. Warranty Policy

• Unless otherwise stated, products do not come with a warranty. Any specific warranty terms for an item will be explicitly mentioned at the time of purchase.

5. Important Guidelines

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is the only payment method we offer. Refunds, if applicable, will also be issued in cash upon return of the item.
• Refunds or exchanges will not be granted for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

6. Steps to Request a Return/Refund/Exchange

1. Contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving the product. Provide details such as order number, issue description, and photo evidence (if applicable).
2. Upon approval, return the item to the address provided by our team.
3. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within  7-10 business days after the item is received and inspected.

7. Non-Eligible Items

• Items that show signs of misuse, wear, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
